about spencer

Spencer Records is a pastor, Bible teacher, and founder of Day One Disciple, a ministry devoted to helping everyday believers study Scripture with clarity, confidence, and depth.

He serves as an Associate Pastor at The Anchor Church in Beaumont, Texas, where he teaches regularly, develops leaders, and equips the church to engage the Bible faithfully. His ministry focuses not only on biblical literacy and apologetics, but also on hermeneutics and verse-by-verse Bible exposition — helping believers understand not just what the Bible says, but how to interpret it responsibly.

Spencer has a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies through Kairos University, where his academic work centers on textual reliability, canon formation, translation history, and practical hermeneutics. His passion is to bridge serious scholarship with everyday discipleship — bringing seminary-level clarity into the local church.

Through seminars, digital resources, and teaching platforms, His aim is not merely to defend the Bible intellectually, but to cultivate thoughtful readers of Scripture — believers who can study deeply, interpret carefully, and teach confidently.

Spencer believes the Bible does not fear investigation. Honest questions, handled with humility and care, do not weaken faith — they refine it.

His mission is simple:

To help people move from uncertainty to confidence,
from confusion to clarity,
and from curiosity to conviction —
through careful study and faithful exposition of God’s Word.
